We ileostomates, on the other hand, get rid of the waste so much earlier and don't carry it everywhere with us for as long as you do. We don't stink up your air. And you call us weird??

Eck, normal people
Normal people with colons are gross. You store your waste for days inside a 5 foot chamber, letting it all rot away while absorbing some water and minerals. Yuck. You carry around the same poo for hours or days in your body, ie in your internal bag (aka your colon) until you eventually expel it. In the process, you pollute the air we all share with your stinky farts.
